We hired Chris Wolfe and Titan to replace our roof and gutters. Chris was awesome to work with! He provided written details and estimates for everything we had done, he handled our changes professionally, and he went above and beyond by talking with our insurance adjuster and providing pictures of the work done to help us recoup the most insurance dollars possible. In addition, Chris is a really nice guy and did a great job of communicating with us to help us understand the insurance process, the work that Titan did, and the dates, times and status of the work that they did. We had such a great experience that we’re going to be working with Chris and Titan again to remodel our kitchen in the near future. 5 stars! ~ Heather M

Last December, we had a severe cold snap which caused quite a few burst pipes in my area. Unfortunately for me, my house had pipes in the attic due to a prior leak, so when my particular pipe burst it took out almost three rooms. We were lucky to catch it relatively quickly. After talking with my insurance company, plumber, and restoration company I was recommended to Titan to repair my home. I could not have asked for a better company to help me through all this. Titan was great to be there to answer my questions, help me keep up with the paperwork and talk to the insurance company on my behalf. We needed a new roof due to hail damage and leaks, and at first our insurance only covered painting the ceilings in the damaged rooms. With their expertise, Chris and Rus were able to get my roof completely covered by insurance. Chris is very professional and answered all my questions and concerns within a 24 hour window. Their team was hardworking, timely, and showed great craftsmanship. They did an excellent job cleaning up, as well. I highly recommend Chris with Titan Restoration & Construction. We had extensive water damage that resulted in a great deal of reconstruction to include hardwood floors, tile, carpet, drywall, painting and door replacement. Titan did a fantastic job of efficiently scheduling a myriad of skilled craftsmen to meet all construction needs and all work was of the highest quality. Work progressed at excellent pace with only a few very minor delays that could not be helped. Chris Wolfe was an excellent project manager with focus on customer service and quality. Chris Wolfe provided excellent service. A pipe burst under my kitchen foundation during a hard freeze. At the time, the company I worked for insured my house. When they short-handed my reimbursement, I was left without a kitchen for months. The Titan staff helped me every step of the way - Chris was informative and communicative. I even spoke to their staff Certified Public Adjuster. It was a hard fight but I won and my insurance paid what I needed to rebuild my family's kitchen. Would give 6 stars if I could. ~ Jill B

Had a leak in my home at the beginning of this year. After calling several contractors and a lot of no shows, we called Titan. They came out to my house the next day and were punctual. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was there every step of the way and explained everything to us. Always answers his phone and listens to what you need. Russ, Peyton, and Team Titan are now my go to team when I have issues with my houses. Not only are they professional, they take care of the restoration process from beginning to end. My interactions with the insurance company on claims has netteduch better results with Titan advising me. Everyone should have "a guy" they can call when things need doing. My mom needed some wood replaced in her sunroom that was damaged due to termites. From the time we requested a quote, filed the insurance claim, to the time the job was finished was quick and painless. The quality of the work was good as well.
